Return & Refund Policy – Beauty King Cosmetics

1. Returns

– Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product.

– Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

– Customers must notify us of a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Refunds

– Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in acceptable condition (unused and undamaged).

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days through bank transfer or another agreed method.

– Shipping charges (PKR 250) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

– If you received a wrong or defective item, we can replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.

– Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

– Opened or used products.

– Items purchased on sale or promotion.

– Personal care products that are not in their original condition.

– Contact our support team with your order number, product details, and issue description.

– Provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged/wrong item.

– Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
